How are links ranked?
Links are ranked based on how many times they have been clikked by your fellow clikked.com members
How is a link made popular?
A link becomes "popular" when it has recieved a certain number of clikks. This number is different from link to link depending on a variety of factors
including: time since posted, number of clikks, number of times reported as spam, duplicate, innacurate, etc, as well as a variety of other factors.

What is the "Reported Bin"
The reported bin is where links that have been made popular, but end up being marked as spam, duplicates, or innacurate go to die. Links are removed from the main tag and category pages and placed in the reported bin if they
reach a certain number of "reports" from members. For instance if a certain number of members think that a link is a Duplicate entry, eventually the
link will be removed from the main sections of clikked and placed in the reported bin.
How does the member points system work?
The member points system was devised to give credit where credit is due, namely back to you the members of clikked.com.
Member points are used to rank clikked members.
Member Ranking is by the following:
- Spammer: less then 1 point
- Rookie: between 1-100 points
- Veteran: between 101-500 points
- Star: between 501-1000 points
- All Star: between 1001-5000 points
- Hall of Famer: greater than 5000 points
Points can be earned for the following actions:
- -50 points for submitting a link that is determined to be SPAM
- -15 points for submitting a link that is determined to be Innacurate
- -10 points for submitting a link that is determined to be a Duplicate
- 1 point for clikking a link
- 2 points for posting a comment
- 3 points for inviting someone to clikked
- 4 points for submitting a comment that is clikked by a certain number of members
- 5 points for submitting a link
- 6 points for submitting a link that recieves a certain number of clikks
- 10 points for adding a profile to your membership account (first time only)
- 11 points for inviting someone who eventually becomes a member of clikked
- 25 points for submitting a link that is made popular
*Note: for members who would seek to manipulate the points system innapropriately, we reserve the right to remove any and all points from that member as well as possibly banning their account.
How do I get credit for inviting people to clikked?
